1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscriptions and services purchased through APIARIES.
By subscribing to the Services, customers agree to this Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting APIARIES.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect the current subscription period already paid for.
Access to the Services will remain available until the end of the active subscription term.
3. No Partial Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused Services
- Unused storage allocations
- Unused event features
- Changes in customer requirements
- Customer inactivity
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term.
No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused months.
5. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused periods.
6. Additional Storage and Add-On Services
Fees paid for additional storage, add-on modules, implementation services, setup services, customization services, training services, and professional services are non-refundable.
7. Document Purchases
Where digital documents, reports, publications, or downloadable content are purchased through the Services, all sales are final once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded.
No refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.
8. Service Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided.
9. Billing Errors
Customers who believe they have been charged incorrectly should contact APIARIES within fourteen (14) days of the charge.
Verified billing errors will be corrected at APIARIES’ discretion.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
APIARIES may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or service credits in exceptional circumstances.
Any such decision shall not create an obligation for future cases.
